Responsibilities
As a Lead ICT Telephony & Unified Comms Analyst, I will rely on you to support the ICT Telephony & Unified Comms Manager in delivering the day-to-day operations of the Avaya Aura Unified Communications Platform. This includes managing all components, Supplier/Contract Management, Incident & Service Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Communications. You will also be responsible for liaising closely with key business users and third-party service providers.

This position is permanent, with a salary ranging from £36,124 to £41,511, and is located at our Housing Centre in Belfast. Please note that although this advert is for a permanent role, we may also make offers for fixed-term contracts from this recruitment process.
