Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years' experience in a relevant IT support role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities
- Hands-on experience with Windows environments and end-user support
- Qualification in an IT-related discipline (degree level preferred)
- Full, clean UK driver's licence
Responsibilities
- Providing in-person and remote technical support, ensuring a positive user experience
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and escalated technical issues
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and networking equipment
- Managing Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions
- Documenting incidents and resolutions clearly and accurately
- Travelling regularly to offices across Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Stirling
