Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 6+ months of experience in an IT Support role.
- You should have experience in using Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Experience with Office 365 Admin is necessary.
- Exposure to Cloud support is desirable.
- Iām looking for someone who has experience working with SLAs.
- You must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a must.
Responsibilities
- You will manage all incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure.
- It is important to ensure that service level agreement standards are met.
- Promptly completing any administrative paperwork and documentation is a key aspect of the role.
- You will keep accurate records of all site information using IT Service Management tools.
- Promoting best practices and adhering to the change control process will be part of your duties.
- You will accurately plan and organise your working week.
- Regularly reviewing the scorecard with the Team Lead will be expected.
