Requirements
Must:
Head of Modern Workplace
- Must be eligible for SC clearance (must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years) and willing to undergo NPPV3 clearance.
- Proven leadership in managing large, multi-skilled technical teams.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure operations, end user compute, and service management.
- Strong communication skills to engage at all levels, including executive and board levels.
- Experience with tools like SCCM, Autotask Endpoint Manager, LogicMonitor, and patching platforms.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance innovation and operational excellence.
- A collaborative approach and a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing technical team.
- Own the strategy for Modern Workplace & End User Compute (EUC) services across people, process, and technology.
- Act as a senior technical escalation point and major incident specialist.
- Drive improvements in service quality, tooling, and reporting.
- Champion automation, infrastructure as code, and AI adoption.
- Collaborate across functions to support service transitions and client delivery.
