Requirements
Must:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Experience working with Agile or Scrum teams, ideally managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps, along with an understanding of project management frameworks
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing environment (highly desirable)
- Scrum Master and Agile certifications (highly desirable)
Responsibilities
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for running Scrum ceremonies, defining the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery. You will promote Scrum and Agile principles both internally and with clients, helping to establish Agile teams and practices within our organization.

We are a rapidly growing, global, summit-level Salesforce partner looking to expand our project management function. By joining our team, you will learn from experienced Project and Programme Managers while gaining exposure to larger projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Scrum Master or Project Manager eager to sharpen their skills in the company of industry-leading experts. Ideally, our location is in London with a requirement of 1-2 days in the office per week; however, we are open to fully remote applications. We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000.
