Technical Team Leader - Managed Services Provider

As the Technical Team Leader, I will lead, manage, and mentor our Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, and Field Services teams to ensure top performance and professional growth. I will oversee the delivery of all technical projects and services, ensuring they meet our business goals and exceed client expectations. I will act as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues in infrastructure, security, and networking. My role will involve driving innovation by researching and evaluating emerging technologies to determine how they can benefit our clients. Additionally, I will develop and implement strategic roadmaps for our cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and field service operations. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, I will ensure that all technical initiatives align with our broader organizational strategy while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001 and NIST. I will champion a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across my teams and represent our technical function in client engagements by providing expert thought leadership and strategic guidance. I will also contribute to budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management for all technical services.
