Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategic planning of airborne capabilities, ensuring coherence through a standard CADMID cycle.
- Oversee and coordinate all incoming requirements from the wider Defence sector, capturing, analyzing, and prioritizing them effectively.
- Coordinate and direct a multidisciplinary team to conduct capability assessments and triage activities, ensuring timely and evidence-based decision-making.
- Lead the development and continuous evolution of the Capability Plan, ensuring coherence across current and future airborne programmes.
- Conduct readiness reviews and provide evidence in support of submissions to senior stakeholder reviews and governance boards.
- Act as a driving force for change within the airborne sector and across the wider Defence enterprise, promoting innovation, collaboration, and agility.
- Operate effectively as both a leader and follower, adapting to an evolving landscape while maintaining focus on delivery and strategic outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £80,000, depending on experience, along with dynamic hybrid working arrangements (3 days on-site per week).
