Must:
We are looking for someone with strong software leadership and project leadership experience. You should have a background in embedded software development (C) within real-time or safety-critical environments. Experience managing budgets, schedules, and changes is essential. A solid understanding of the software lifecycle and configuration management is also required. The ideal candidate will be someone who can inspire teams, collaborate across engineering disciplines, and keep delivery on track.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and develop a team of 5-10 embedded software engineers. You will own the software delivery, manage budgets and planning, and ensure process adherence for safety-critical development (DO178C or similar). Additionally, youll drive continuous improvement in tools, methods, and efficiency while working hands-on with requirements, design, verification, and providing oversight for embedded C development.
