Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone who has experience with SCCM or Intune, is confident in administering and maintaining networks, and has worked with a variety of hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. A strong background in troubleshooting hardware and software issues is essential. Ideally, you will have experience working in an ITIL environment and hold an ITIL V3 or V4 certification. A solid understanding of O365, Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide high-quality End User IT support to colleagues and stakeholders throughout our business. You will serve as a key point of contact between the wider business and our IT Support function. Additionally, you will troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues, with the opportunity to escalate more complex problems to team leaders and senior colleagues when necessary.

This is an on-site role, requiring 37 hours per week, with a unique half-day on Fridays that allows you to finish at lunch time. Our goal is to help users take full advantage of the available hardware, software, applications, and devices to support our business objectives while providing a top-tier experience for end users.
