Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates who have proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or CRM systems. You should have a strong understanding of CE modules, particularly Sales and Customer Service. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. We value the ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests effectively. Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus, and while Microsoft certifications are desirable, they are not essential.
Responsibilities
As a D365 CE Support Consultant, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support for Dynamics 365 CE applications, which include Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing. You will troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, escalating technical problems when necessary. Additionally, you will assist with system configuration, data management, and user training. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be crucial to ensure the smooth operation of the platform. You will document support cases, resolutions, and contribute to knowledge base articles, as well as support testing and deployment of updates and new features.
