Must:
We are looking for someone with strong troubleshooting experience in Office 365, Active Directory, Teams, and Exchange, with familiarity in ServiceNow being an advantage. You should have previous experience in a professional services or fast-paced technical environment. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential. We value a desire to learn, adapt, and grow into more advanced IT roles.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for a global user base, providing exceptional support across a modern and sophisticated IT environment. You will address more complex technical issues as chatbots and automation tools will manage many low-level, repetitive tasks. This ‘1.5 line’ role bridges the gap between first and second line support, offering you opportunities for deeper troubleshooting and greater responsibility. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders in a professional services environment, where clear communication, reliability, and attention to detail are paramount.

This role goes beyond traditional 1st line support, allowing you to tackle technical challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be part of a team that values progression, precision, and a proactive mindset, working with enterprise-grade cloud technologies and ITIL-aligned tools focused on quality service and continual improvement. We provide two weeks of paid, hands-on training to ensure that you are set up for success from day one. This is a hybrid role based in Colchester, combining office collaboration with flexible remote work, and applicants must be within a commutable distance.
