Requirements
Must:
- I have at least 3 years of business process and applications experience in legal or professional services.
- I possess strong knowledge of legal applications and generative AI tools.
- I demonstrate excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
- I am proficient in Microsoft 365 and familiar with ITIL/service management tools.
- I am analytical, detail-oriented, and client-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- I will drive the effective adoption, optimization, and strategic use of our firm's legal and AI technology.
- I will gather, analyze, and document requirements for legal and AI applications, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
- I will support the implementation and optimization of systems including iManage 10 Cloud, Intapp Walls & Conflicts, SharePoint, M365, Litera Compare, BigHand, Copilot, and ChatGPT Enterprise.
- I will evaluate emerging legal tech and GenAI tools for potential adoption, providing strategic recommendations.
- I will collaborate with legal teams to identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven efficiencies, and process improvement.
- I will partner with vendors to scope projects, prepare estimates, and support budgeting decisions.
- I will develop training materials, best practice guides, and documentation to ensure the effective use of our systems and support training for users as needed.
- I will contribute to our IT strategy by recommending innovative, business-aligned technology solutions.
