Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within an IT function
- Proven experience in functional & non-functional requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization
- Ability to produce and execute system/user test plans
- Ability to lead a small team initially
- Creation and completion of process documentation
- Experience or exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem
- Understanding of AGILE delivery methods
- Experience or exposure to the telecommunications industry is desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide systems-focused Business Analyst skills and resources as part of the systems team
- Engage in short-term tactical analysis and contribute to ongoing systems improvements at a strategic level
- Be heavily involved with future phases of an internal transformation project
- Focus on requirements elicitation and validation centered on systems capability and changes
- Lead in process, documentation, and guidance improvements within the wider business
- Work with stakeholders to understand business plans and objectives
- Define, document, or review processes to ensure they're fit for purpose and support the delivery of business plans
- Act as the lead Senior Business Analyst and represent the IT function on major projects and improvements
- Identify areas for improvement through analysis of KPIs and insight
- Support specific project activities with requirements gathering and produce documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Validate that delivered capability meets requirements
- Bridge the gap between business and IT by translating non-technical into technical information and vice versa
- Collaborate with external vendors to define and deliver systems and IT-related changes or requests
Description
The purpose of this role is to contribute to a dynamic systems team focused on both tactical analysis and strategic improvements, especially concerning an internal transformation project.
