Responsibilities
As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for technical issues, providing support to users across our organisation. You will log and monitor service desk calls, resolve incidents, and escalate where necessary. You will assist with asset reporting, conduct equipment health checks, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of software and systems. You will also ensure compliance with ICT policies and data protection standards, contributing to the overall security and integrity of our ICT infrastructure.
Description
We are offering a 2-month initial contract for this full-time onsite role based in Eastleigh, with a pay rate of £20.71 per hour through Umbrella or £15.60 PAYE. You'll be joining a dynamic and supportive ICT team within a public sector environment, where technology plays a key role in enabling operational efficiency and service delivery.
