Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates with experience in a similar Media Technical Support role.
- Experience in a media or creative environment, preferably within a scaling or SME company is essential.
- I seek applicants with familiarity with Cinema 4D; experience with Redshift, Thinkbox, Deadline, and Adobe Suite will also be considered.
- The ideal candidate must be an independent problem solver, capable of managing multiple projects and providing effective solutions to complex technical problems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, along with excellent stakeholder management abilities, are required.
Responsibilities
- I need you to maintain DCC (Digital Content Creation) software and licensing on all workstations and render nodes.
- You will troubleshoot and maintain the render farm.
- Managing technical deliveries for major projects will be part of your role.
- You will collaborate with the creative team to ensure all technical needs are met.
- It is critical that you ensure render outputs meet technical specifications.
- Anticipating potential pitfalls for upcoming and ongoing projects will also be one of your key responsibilities.
