Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proactive and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Technically proficient with proven experience in:
- Managing Azure environments, including resource management and security.
- Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Server implementation, virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware), and maintenance.
- Networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
- Scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation.
- Full driving license and own vehicle.
- A proactive approach to staying updated with emerging IT technologies and trends.

Responsibilities
- Azure Management:
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure cloud-based solutions.
- Monitor and optimize Azure resources for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Implement security and compliance measures, including identity and access management.
- Office 365 Administration:
- Manage Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot Office 365 applications.
- Ensure effective implementation of security protocols for Office 365.
- Server Implementation and Maintenance:
- Deploy, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.
- Perform regular updates, patches, and backups to ensure server integrity.
- Implement and monitor server security measures, including firewalls and antivirus.
- Network and Infrastructure Support:
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation, including network diagrams and configurations.
