Full-Stack Java Developer (Pharma OR Healthcare Experience)

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, I will expect you to provide full stack web application development and maintenance focused on the Vantage SaaS application. You will offer project support and planning guidance to the Product Team for new developments and enhancements on existing products. Your role will involve investigating, owning, and resolving incidents raised by internal and external clients. You will lead time-sensitive projects while mentoring and directing other team members. Your responsibilities will also include consulting and implementing data engineering/ETL processes when required, providing operational support including infrastructure setup, maintenance, and software releases. You will investigate and fix bugs discovered within the Vantage application and associated modules, ensuring that any development work meets the defined business requirements. You will work with internal testers to ensure they understand the applications being developed, facilitating full regression testing. Additionally, you will implement best practices by developing and following defined processes and procedures, while also documenting technical issues to make them understandable for non-technical staff.
