Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in enterprise-level Java development with deep expertise in REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle, cloud-native practices, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Proven leadership experience in agile environments and a track record of mentoring technical teams.
- Exposure to monitoring, Kafka, caching, and AI technologies is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of large-scale backend services using Java/J2EE, including Spring, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
- Own solution architecture across microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployments.
- Oversee development standards, documentation, mentoring, and quality assurance practices.
- Engage in GenAI tooling and integration (e.g., GPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot).
- Ensure high system performance, maintainability, and security across deployments.
