Requirements
Must:
- Strong Java skills with a curiosity for learning new tools and practices
- Advocate for clean code, test-driven development (TDD), and Agile methodologies
- Experience with cloud-native serverless solutions (AWS Lambda, etc.) is a bonus
- Exposure to DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) is a plus
- Passion for building scalable, secure platforms
- Ability to take initiative and solve challenging problems
- Enjoyment of mentoring, pairing, and promoting team culture
