Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates with some experience in JavaScript, including familiarity with ES6+ features such as Classes and Promises. A basic understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JSON is essential. Ideally, you will have experience with game engines like Pixi.js or Phaser and be familiar with version control systems, preferably Git. We value strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively plan and prioritize your workload. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are important.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist in developing and maintaining mobile and web-based games using JavaScript and Pixi.js. You will work closely with designers, artists, project managers, and testers to deliver engaging and well-optimized games. Your tasks will include writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code, supporting the implementation of Unit Tests to ensure code quality, and debugging technical issues with guidance from senior developers. You will also participate in regular code reviews to learn best practices and work within agreed timeframes while accurately logging time spent on tasks. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in front-end development will be part of your routine.
Description

Familiarity with Node.js and exposure to Unit Testing and Automated Testing in JavaScript would be desirable. Understanding Agile development methodologies and holding a relevant degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous.
