Requirements
Must:
- Expert in Node.js, Express, Koa - core to the role
- Confident in building and consuming APIs
- Hands-on experience deploying and managing apps in Azure
- Proficient with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of secure coding principles
- Desirable: Experience with C#, particularly within Dynamics 365 environments
- Desirable: Background in insurance, call centre, or other regulated sectors
- Desirable: Familiarity with Azure API Management (APIM)
- Desirable: Exposure to security tools such as SonarQube, Wiz, Axonius, or Qualys
- Desirable: Experience with CXOne or Nice inContact is a major advantage
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable applications using JavaScript (Node.js, Express, Koa)
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs across various services
- Deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure with a focus on resilience and scalability
- Create workflows and solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate; minor Power BI involvement)
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Champion a cybersecurity-first approach across all phases of development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical needs and translate them into deliverable features
