Requirements
Must:
- You should have a background in sales, whether in automotive, retail, or a customer-focused role.
- Experience selling finance, insurance, or protection products is essential.
- You need to be a confident communicator with excellent people skills.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
- Bonus points for understanding FCA compliance and being familiar with finance and insurance processes.
- You should be digitally confident and organized.
- Thriving in our environment requires being self-motivated, target-driven, energetic, approachable, positive, professional, customer-focused, resilient, and able to perform under pressure.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to inspire trust with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- You will match people to cars, as well as to the right finance, insurance, and protection packages.
- You will be smashing targets while delivering an exceptional, no-pressure experience.
- Owning the process from enquiry to handover will be part of your role.
- As part of our team, you will help create a dynamic, high-performance sales floor.
