Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates who possess a strong understanding of networking concepts and are proficient in Microsoft 365, including Email and SharePoint/OneDrive. The ideal applicant should have solid knowledge in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File & Print services, and support for Windows 10 & 11. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is also necessary.
It would be advantageous if you have some knowledge in virtualisation technologies, switching & firewall technologies, backup software for Servers and Microsoft 365, as well as 3CX Telephone systems.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for handling initial inquiries and incidents reported by our customers. You will provide troubleshooting assistance and resolve technical issues, which include tasks like password resets and software installations. Support for both software and hardware will be a key part of your daily activities.
Description
