Requirements
Must:
- A background in Textiles, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Product Developer.
- Knowledge of product development software, ideally CAD.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a new and improved Sleep Product range.
- Conduct market research and liaise with suppliers.
- Document processes and ensure compliance during product development.
- Develop and test prototypes in collaboration with the manufacturing team to bring the finalized product to life.
