Requirements
Must:
- Experience in IT support, particularly in building servers, Windows and Azure Active Directories.
- Strong networking troubleshooting skills for various protocols and technologies.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site.
- Located within 20 miles of the job site.
- Successful completion of a DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service check) is required.
- Preferred experience in the education sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of IT Field Engineers to resolve IT-related issues for schools in the area.
- Manage and monitor your team to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide on-site support for a variety of IT tasks, including building servers and addressing cybersecurity concerns.
- Guide digital transformation initiatives and strategic IT planning.
- Serve as the last line of defense for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
