Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an IT Support Technician or someone with similar experience. You should have strong technical skills and be commutable to schools around the Swindon area. Familiarity with 1st and 2nd Line support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and experience with ICT and AV technologies are essential. A willingness to learn and develop within a dynamic IT Services business is also crucial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide IT support to a range of schools in Swindon. Your duties will include delivering 1st and 2nd Line support, addressing hardware and software issues, and maintaining excellent customer service as you visit clients on-site. You will manage IT services for 10 schools and Multi Academy Trusts within your local patch, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.
