Requirements
Must:
- Proven IT support experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site.
- Must reside within 20 miles of the job site.
- Capable of passing a DBS check.
- Experience in building servers, Windows and Azure Active Directories, and network troubleshooting for various networking protocols and technologies. Preferably, you will have experience in the education sector.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site support for a variety of IT tasks, including building servers, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Lead and manage a team of IT Field Engineers while ensuring smooth operations.
- Act as the last line of defense for IT-related issues, offering premium solutions and strategic planning.
- Engage in general problem-solving to support a range of schools in the Cumbria area.
