Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Cisco and troubleshooting
- Exposure to network management or a desire to develop in this field
- Ability to work independently and at pace
- Background in Level 3 IT Support or service desk management is preferred
Responsibilities
- Supporting and mentoring 1st and 2nd Line engineers
- Collaborating with the Network Manager to manage the entire enterprise network using the Cisco stack
- Reviewing the overall network and delivering a variety of projects
