Must:
- IT support experience in infrastructure, Level 3 or similar
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills

- Willingness to work night shifts on a rotating schedule
Responsibilities
- Act as the third line of escalation for tickets, emails, and client support
- Manage Microsoft infrastructure for clients across the UK and Ireland
- Provide support to the team and junior members of staff
