Must:
We are looking for an IT Support Technician who is commutable to sites around Swindon. You should have experience providing 1st and 2nd Line Support, specifically within an educational setting. Knowledge of Office 365, Intune, and relevant IT technologies is essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide IT support to schools, addressing hardware and software issues related to ICT and AV technology. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service while visiting clients across the Swindon area. Your working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.
