Application Support Engineer

We are a profitable and growing organization seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our established support team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing application and system issues, monitoring systems, implementing upgrades and changes, and improving processes. You will take charge of supported systems to ensure their optimal performance while supporting and training staff to follow best practices. Most of your work will be done remotely, with an expectation to travel to Leeds once a month for company meetings.
