Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with experience working within an IT support environment. You should be comfortable working within an ITIL framework, which includes incident, request, change, and problem management. A good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint, is essential. Familiarity with Windows 10/11 desktops, Intune, and Autopilot is also required. You must have a knack for explaining technology in plain language, without jargon, and possess excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
Responsibilities
As a Modern Workplace Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to users, ensuring a smooth and efficient IT experience. You will work within the ITIL framework to manage incidents and service requests effectively. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users through problem resolution, and collaborating with other team members to improve service delivery.
Description
We would also appreciate any experience you may have with Freshservice or another ITSM platform. Familiarity with the basics of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory would be nice to have but is not mandatory. Please note that this opportunity requires you to work in the office full-time, five days per week.
