Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT support roles, particularly with Active Directory management and Microsoft 365 Entra.
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Familiarity with Windows 10, Windows 11, and Office 365 environments.
- Ability to build, configure, and deploy laptops and ensure proper setups.
- Excellent documentation skills for maintaining troubleshooting records and technical configurations.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal IT teams.
Responsibilities
- I will manage user accounts and group policies through Active Directory, providing support for any issues that arise.
- I will support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Entra setups and integrations, ensuring that access and functionality are seamless for all users.
- I will be responsible for building, configuring, and deploying laptops to end-users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary software, drivers, and security settings.
- I will offer technical support to end-users, resolving any hardware, software, or networking issues either remotely or on-site.
- I will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, networks, and hardware.
- I will maintain documentation of all troubleshooting steps, technical issues, and system configurations.
- I will assist in the installation and configuration of software, operating systems, and hardware peripherals for end-users.
- I will collaborate closely with internal IT teams to provide efficient solutions and escalate issues as necessary.
Description
This position is an initial 12-month contract inside of IR35, and you will be required to work 5 days per week at the beginning of the contract. This will reduce to 4 days per week once you have acquired the necessary technical knowledge.
