Requirements
Must:
I am looking for a proactive and detail-oriented technician with the following key skills and experience:
- Proven hands-on IT support experience (1st/2nd line)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS (7, 10 & 11 Embedded)
- Computer networking experience
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MCP/MCSA
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A full UK driving licence
Responsibilities
As an IT Network Support Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and network environments
- Managing and updating support tickets, identifying and reporting trends
- Supporting field installations and troubleshooting alongside the Network Support and Operations teams
- Preparing and configuring equipment for installations and building network cabinets
- Maintaining asset and stock management systems

This position is based in Central London, close to the Farringdon tube station, offering a salary between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum. It is a full-time and permanent role with a hybrid working model (1 day remote - either Wednesday or Friday).
