Must:
I am looking for candidates who possess expertise in an Application Support role within a law firm, as this experience is essential. You should have proven expertise working with Intapp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms, along with equivalent experience in risk and compliance solutions. Additionally, you must have the ability to work with SQL Server, including SQL development and queries, as well as reporting tools. Experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and configuring both cloud-based and on-prem business applications is also required.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will entrust you with the responsibility of being the IT owner of all applications and systems that support the risk and compliance activities of our firm, particularly focusing on Intapp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms. You will lead efforts to plan and migrate our existing on-premise instance of the Intapp platform to the cloud, while identifying new capabilities that can further support the business and presenting recommendations. Additionally, you will need to communicate effectively with the conflicts and intake team to perform analysis of processes, application features, configurations, and address end-user questions.

Under the direct supervision of the Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications, you will act as the IT owner of various applications and platforms managed by our New Business Intake and Conflicts department.
