Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for someone with experience in managing an IT service desk function and the associated processes.
- You should have a proven track record of creating and managing SLAs and KPIs.
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge and skills are essential, particularly in supporting IT systems such as Windows Desktop, Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, Citrix, and Group Policy.
- Any experience in providing IT support within the healthcare sector would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
- As the Service Desk Manager, you will combine hands-on technical skills with leadership abilities to manage a service desk team.
- You will be responsible for delivering a true support service to approximately 3,500 staff spread across various sites throughout the Home Counties.
- You will work from home 3 days a week while spending the remaining time in the Lincoln-based head office, with some travel to additional sites as required.
