Must:
We are looking for an IT Support Technician who has at least a few months of experience in IT support and a strong eagerness to learn and progress within the IT industry. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft-based operating systems, experience with Microsoft 365, and strong communication and troubleshooting abilities. The ideal candidate should be capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
As an IT Support Technician, you will primarily focus on resolving support issues, but you will also have the opportunity to participate in project work, such as implementing a new CRM and upgrading Windows. You will be part of a small IT team in a dynamic work environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.
Description
We offer a basic salary ranging from £25,500 to £27,500 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a pension plan, 23 days of holiday, various incentives, and exceptional training and development programs.
