Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone who is very IT literate, ideally with prior Helpdesk experience. You should have a good aptitude for problem solving, a friendly and flexible attitude, and the ability to work under pressure. An excellent telephone manner and clear, professional, and accurate written communication skills are essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of golf is required. We value enthusiasm and the ability to fit in with our small, efficient team, embracing the culture of a hardworking internet start-up environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist our support team with inquiries and requests from our IntelligentGolf customers. Your primary duties will include resolving customer support queries, escalating and documenting development requirements, managing entries into our CRM & Helpdesk systems, implementing customer retention plans, handling customer implementations, and training customers on how to effectively use our system.
