Requirements

Must:
I am looking for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in deal origination, lead generation, consultative sales, or a similar commercial environment. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a natural ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders. A strategic thinker with a data-driven, analytical approach, you should be highly motivated, commercially curious, and results-oriented. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage competing priorities effectively. Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills are essential, along with a genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in M&A, corporate development, or private equity.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will proactively research and identify potential acquisition targets using market analysis and competitor insights. You will lead outreach to business owners and stakeholders, initiating meaningful conversations and introducing the ClearCourse proposition. It will be your responsibility to build and manage a robust direct origination program, fostering relationships with founders, M&A advisors, and industry professionals. You will help maintain and develop the acquisition pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of deal progress and target engagement. Additionally, you will support the preparation of presentations, company profiles, and industry research to inform decision-making, while collaborating closely with the wider M&A team to support various aspects of end-to-end deal execution when required.
