Requirements
Must:
We are looking for individuals with a background in IT Infrastructure support within a fast-paced environment, particularly those with experience in Managed Service Providers (MSPs) or IT Services. Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows Server, networking, and desktop environments are essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Additionally, any experience or knowledge of backup or storage solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, or Datto would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
As a Helpdesk Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customer issues related to IT infrastructure and services. Your main responsibilities will include providing 1st and 2nd line technical support across various infrastructure technologies, managing and resolving support tickets in a timely manner, and escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality service to our clients.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 – £35,000, depending on your experience, along with a hybrid working model that includes 3 days onsite in Banbury.
