Requirements

Must:
We are looking for someone who has: - 2 years or more experience in a similar position or equivalent, with knowledge of Tier 1 vendors preferable. - A desire to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues, contributing to group projects and supporting team goals across diverse departments. - The capacity to guide, motivate, and inspire others, showcasing skills in delegation, decision-making, and conflict resolution. - Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and develop effective solutions, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple workstreams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear articulation of ideas, active listening, and rapport building with others.

Responsibilities

As the Software Asset Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing our software estate. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the entire lifecycle of software assets, from initial request and procurement to deployment, maintenance, and retirement. - Ensuring adherence to all software licensing terms and conditions, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all software assets, including licenses, versions, and usage information. - Identifying opportunities to reduce software costs through license optimization, vendor negotiations, and efficient resource allocation. - Contributing to the development, implementation, and improvement of software asset management policies and procedures.
