Requirements
Must:
We require a highly cleared 3rd Line Storage Support Engineer with experience in the following areas:
- vCentre
- Event Management Tooling (SCOM)
- Dell EMC Storage solutions (including Avamar & Data Domain)
- SCCM / MCM patch deployment
- ITSM Tooling
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
- Microsoft PKI
Candidates must be eligible and willing to undergo a high level of security clearance.
Responsibilities
As a 3rd Line Storage Support Engineer, I will be responsible for:
- Assisting a high-profile user community.
- Maintaining daily contact with customers and stakeholders utilizing the IT Service Management Toolset.
- Monitoring Event Management tooling and managing triage and escalation effectively.
- Maintaining and supporting the backup and storage solution to ensure high availability of data in the event of loss or disaster recovery.
- Conducting daily checks of the solution, producing documentation, and maintaining the product's lifecycle management.
