Requirements
Must:
- Sharp ambition, great communication skills, and a thirst for success for Junior Brokers
- Industry knowledge, a book of clients (or the ability to build one fast), and a polished, professional style for Senior Brokers
- Luxury drinks experience (wine, whisky, or spirits), strong trade relationships, and a love for brand building for Account Managers
- A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and isn't afraid to take initiative
- WSET qualification is a bonus but not required; we’ll help you get there

Responsibilities
- Building and growing relationships with high-end wine and whisky merchants and brokers
- Managing sales performance, setting strategy, and achieving volume, value, and margin targets
- Hosting and activating events, including tastings and luxury dinners
- Representing Cartwright Jenson Group with flair, knowledge, and integrity in the trade world
- For those joining as whisky brokers, matching collectors with rare casks and bottles, managing portfolios, and ensuring smooth deals
