Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with solid experience in desktop and end-user support, ideally within a multi-site or enterprise environment. A strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications is essential. Proven experience supporting hardware, desktops, laptops, printers, and AV equipment is required. Familiarity with IT asset management and lifecycle tracking, as well as experience using ITSM platforms and remote support tools, will be beneficial. Understanding of Active Directory and basic networking fundamentals is also important. Bonus points for experience with hardware rollouts and upgrades across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware. You will provide desktop and end-user support, including software installations, updates, and troubleshooting. Managing hardware inventory and asset tracking will be part of your responsibilities, as well as supporting meeting room tech, AV setups, conferencing tools, and handling new starter setups and onboarding IT support. You will log and resolve incidents via our ITSM platform, perform regular health checks and maintenance on office IT equipment, and collaborate with the wider IT team to resolve complex issues and improve support processes.
