Must:
We are looking for a degree-qualified leader in technology, computing, or a related discipline, or someone with significant relevant industry experience. You should possess excellent technical knowledge of the following technologies: - C# - HTML - CSS - ASP.NET - SQL - MVC - JavaScript - jQuery - XML - SharePoint - MongoDB You will have proven experience leading software engineering in a bi-modal delivery environment, with demonstrated success managing build, buy, partner strategies, and vendor ecosystems. A strong background in secure, scalable, cloud-native architecture and DevOps practices is essential. You should also possess strong stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, and a deep understanding of web/digital/traditional/integration/UX/backend/full-stack development.

Responsibilities

As our Head of Software Engineering, you will lead our software engineering function and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our multi-year roadmap. You will be accountable for all software development, digital platforms, DevOps, and QA across the organization. This includes developing strategies, roadmaps, and standards that define the best use of our current and future platforms. You will manage our website, intranet, and PowerPlatform services while collaborating with stakeholders across technology to deploy new features and services that deliver business value. As Chapter Lead, you will provide technical leadership and direction to a team of approximately 35 members, which includes onshore and offshore resources. Your responsibilities will also include developing and coaching your team, establishing vision and standards, and ensuring capability delivery across all parts of Technology.
