Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with strong experience in Office 365, Windows Server, Azure, and core infrastructure (AD, DHCP, DNS). A good understanding of ITIL-based service management processes is essential. You should also have experience with device management tools (JAMF, MDM, Intune) and Apple technologies. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Awareness of cybersecurity best practices, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and phishing prevention is important, as is familiarity with network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs) and cloud services.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, and network systems. I will monitor, prioritize, and resolve support tickets, escalating complex issues as needed. Performing routine IT operations and maintenance to ensure system stability and security will be a key part of my duties. Additionally, I will maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge base articles, support device deployments and assist end-users in a 1:1 environment, and contribute to project tasks while aiding in infrastructure improvements. I will also ensure that cybersecurity and safeguarding standards are maintained.
