We are looking for a proactive and adaptable IT Support Engineer with a strong technical foundation and a customer-focused mindset. You should have experience in an IT support role, providing both first and second-line support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment and enjoys solving problems with a wide range of technologies.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will be delivering first and second-line IT support across multiple departments and locations. You will handle a variety of technical issues, including hardware, software, and networking. Your responsibilities will include supporting and maintaining network infrastructure, building, configuring, and deploying user workstations, and conducting hardware audits. Additionally, you will assist with IT projects, provide user support for Microsoft 365 and other essential applications, and ensure adherence to data security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS). You will also coordinate with third-party IT providers, support and troubleshoot bespoke internal systems, provide technical support at live events, manage and maintain IP telephony, CCTV, and print management systems, and train staff on the implementation of new technologies.
