Must:
We seek a detail-oriented individual with strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and a solid understanding of system integrations and data flows. You will need excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, a strong communication style, and a customer support mindset. The ability to prioritize effectively in a ticket-driven environment is essential. While not mandatory, experience with ERP support (Business Central/NAV), Microsoft 365/SharePoint, FileMaker, and familiarity with support systems (HaloITSM, Zendesk) would be desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will rely on you to triage and manage support tickets across multiple applications, escalating issues as necessary. You will monitor and resolve system integration errors between our ERP, WMS, and other core systems, assist with change requests, bug tracking, and user acceptance testing, and provide support to end users across Finance, Operations, and other departments. Coordination with third-party suppliers to resolve issues efficiently will also be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will maintain documentation, guides, and internal knowledge resources.

This is an on-site role in Poole, with occasional travel to other sites as required.
