Requirements
Must:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills (previous experience is beneficial)
- Comfortable and presentable when speaking with clients over the phone
- Computer literate with a good understanding of Excel and Word
- GCSE Grade 4 in Maths and English
- Right to work in the UK with valid residency status
Responsibilities
- Support tasks related to data presentation, including creating tables, graphs, and charts to effectively showcase findings for diverse audiences
- Gain familiarity with systems such as LEAP, SRA, and Excel, performing tasks such as removing duplicate entries, correcting spelling errors, completing blank fields, and eliminating obsolete data
- Collate and format data for further analysis and reporting, supporting staff meetings, identifying market trends, and conducting business research
- Provide evidence to team members by scanning and creating PDF versions of documentation, which will then need to be uploaded into the case management system using various platforms within Microsoft Office 365
- Prepare documentation and contact letters for clients while cross-referencing information to ensure accuracy
- Ensure contact details are correct and assist with sorting letters for posting
Description
We are excited to invite a detail-oriented individual to join Adkirk Law as a Data Apprentice. In this role, you’ll be immersed in a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing your skills in data presentation and analysis. You’ll receive full training and support from your workplace mentor and our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships as you work towards your Data Business Insights Level 3 qualification.
You can expect a competitive salary of £16,000 per annum, with generous holiday entitlement of 25 days plus 8 bank holidays, as well as unique benefits such as an additional day off for your birthday and the opportunity to accumulate extra holiday days with each year of service.
