Responsibilities
- As an IoT Smart Technology Support Apprentice, I expect you to respond to technical queries and provide hands-on support for connected devices and digital systems.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and smart device issues across multiple platforms.
- Supporting the setup and configuration of IoT-enabled and networked equipment will be part of your daily tasks.
- You will manage user accounts, access permissions, and system updates to ensure smooth operations.
- Installing and maintaining hardware such as laptops, tablets, and sensors will also be your responsibility.
- Assisting with network monitoring, system diagnostics, and device integrations is expected.
